POLICIES

We accept Visa, Master Card ,Discover or invoice through Pay Pal. Checks are also accepted. All payments must be in US Dollars. All Oklahoma orders will be taxed unless A copy of a valid Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit, in the name of your business accompanies your order. Copies can be scanned and emailed or a copy mailed to PAB Inc, 311 E Main St Shawnee, Ok 74801.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will normally ship within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.. Business days are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

When we ship your package, we will email you with the shipping date and the shipper's tracking number. Please keep this information handy in case you have questions about shipping.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders will ship via USPS unless otherwise requested.  The actual shipping charges will be added to the invoice at time of shipping.

We do ship orders to other select countries when no restrictions apply.

Return Policy

No returns will be allowed without a Return Authorization Number.
To request an RA#, email the following information to glasman8@pabblaster.com

  • Your Name
  • Company Name
  • Order Number & Order Date (for the items being returned)
  • Quantity and the specific reason for the return (for each item)


Upon receipt of your email, we will issue an RA#, which must accompany the return. This RA# will only be good for the items listed in your email. The items must be sent back to us within 10 days of the RA# being issued. Merchandise must be returned in new condition.

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us immediately after receipt of your order. We can only be responsible for the condition of the merchandise when it arrives. Returns will only be allowed within 5 days of receiving your order.
We do not refund shipping charges.


PAB Product Guarantee

If a PAB pressurized tank fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year from date of purchase, or if a PAB Blaster Gun fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within 90 days of date of purchase, PAB will repair it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover failure due to operating or maintaining equipment in any way other than recommended in PAB written instruction or due to physical damage or alteration of equipment by owner.

If upon inspection, the equipment is found to have been damaged due to improper maintenance, operation or alteration, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge.

Warranty Service is available by returning your system, postage paid,
